CLAMP

The S2357-3 is a genuine Textron Aviation clamp used to fasten, secure, or retain components during assembly of the airframe. It fits the Caravan or Grand Caravan EX, Citation CJ1 or CJ1+, Citation CJ2 or CJ2+, Citation CJ3, CJ3+, CJ3+ Gen 2, CJ3 Gen 3, Citation CJ4, CJ4 Gen 2, CJ4 Gen 3, Citation Excel, XLS, XLS+, XLS Gen 2, Citation Latitude, Citation Mustang, Citation Sovereign or Sovereign+, and Citation V, Ultra, Encore or Encore+, among other compatible variants. It carries an export classification of ECCN 9A991, weighs 0.02 lbs, and measures 1.15 (L) x 0.85 (W) x 0.45 (H) in. Supplied directly by Textron Aviation as an original-equipment (OEM) part, the S2357-3 meets the manufacturer's specification and keeps the aircraft configuration-correct, with clean traceability in the maintenance records. Because the Cessna Caravan, Citation, Skyhawk, Skylane, and Stationair aircraft share extensive structure and hardware, a single part like this is often common across several variants. Fastening and retaining hardware may look simple, but grade, size, and finish are specified for the joint each secures — the correct part matters. Cessna traces to the company Clyde Cessna founded in Wichita, Kansas in 1927; Textron Inc. acquired it in 1992, and since 2014 it has anchored Textron Aviation alongside Beechcraft and Hawker. Cessna's single-engine Caravan turboprop, in production since 1984, is one of the most widely used utility aircraft in the world.
