UNION FITTING

The AS5174D0808 is a genuine Textron Aviation union fitting — a support fitting that secures or positions a component in the airframe. It is applicable to the 1900 Airliner, 1900C Airliner, 1900D Airliner, Baron Series B55, E55, 58 or G58, Beechjet 400/400A, Bonanza 36, Caravan or Grand Caravan EX, Citation CJ2 or CJ2+, Citation CJ3, CJ3+, CJ3+ Gen 2, CJ3 Gen 3, and Citation Excel, XLS, XLS+, XLS Gen 2, among other compatible variants. It carries an export classification of ECCN EAR99, weighs 0.05 lbs, and measures 1.55 (L) x 1.05 (W) x 1 (H) in. As an original-equipment (OEM) part supplied directly by Textron Aviation, the AS5174D0808 is built to the aircraft maker's specification and cross-references the type design as documented in the maintenance data. Choosing the genuine part over an unapproved substitute preserves configuration control and simplifies inspection sign-offs. Across the Beechcraft 1900, Beechcraft Baron, Beechcraft, Beechcraft Bonanza, Cessna Caravan, Cessna Citation, Beechcraft King Air, Cessna SkyCourier, Cessna Skyhawk, Cessna Skylane, and Cessna Stationair fleet, correctly identified factory parts like this keep every airframe consistent and configuration-correct. A support or bracket component holds a system or structure in its correct place, so the right part preserves alignment and clearance. Both the Cessna and Beechcraft lines are supported today by Textron Aviation, formed in 2014 to unite the two historic Wichita manufacturers with Hawker. The Beechcraft 1900, a 19-passenger regional airliner derived from the King Air, was produced from 1982 to 2002 and still serves commuter and cargo operators worldwide.
