It carries an export classification of ECCN EAR99, weighs 0.04 pounds, and measures 1.4 (L) x 0.6 (W) x 0.4 (H) Inches. Supplied directly by Textron Aviation as an original-equipment (OEM) part, the S1104-3 meets the manufacturer's specification and keeps the aircraft configuration-correct, with clean traceability in the maintenance records. Across the Cessna Caravan, Citation, Skyhawk, Skylane, and Stationair fleet, correctly identified factory parts like this keep every airframe consistent and configuration-correct. Bearings and bushings are specified for their load, fit, and motion, so the correct part preserves smooth, reliable operation and expected wear life. The factory part is built to the manufacturer's material and dimensional specification, so it installs as designed without the surprises a generic equivalent can bring. Cessna traces to the company Clyde Cessna founded in Wichita, Kansas in 1927; Textron Inc. acquired it in 1992, and since 2014 it has anchored Textron Aviation alongside Beechcraft and Hawker. The Cessna Caravan is a single-engine PT6-powered utility turboprop in continuous production since 1984, valued for its rugged versatility in passenger, cargo, and float operations.
